After logging into your ReachMail account, go to the Lists tab. Click New, then choose Create a List or (as shown below).
When you select Create a List, a form will appear (as shown below) where you can name your list and choose the fields you'll import or collect about your recipients.
After you complete the required information the CREATE button will light. And once you select that you can then decide how you wish to add those recipients.
From here you will decide if you wish to upload a list or add contacts manually.
