SPF records and DKIM signatures should be included on all promotional messages. ReachMail automatically signs all messages with DKIM and SPF to ensure premium inbox placement.
DKIM keys and SPF records are DNS records that give your mail and added layer of trust. In short, SPF is the list of IPs authorized to send mail behalf of your domain. DKIM keys work on a paired system: One part is added to the email and the other part is stored in your DNS records. Receiving mail systems can check the two records against each other and know your message is authentic. It may seem complicated, but we'll make sure it's correct before you send.
ReachMail automatically signs all messages with DKIM keys for you. That said, we encourage all customers to request their own DKIM keys for best results. Custom DKIM keys are available on request to free and paid accounts.
For optimal email delivery, we strongly recommend using ReachMail's built-in DKIM signature support. Additionally, set up a proper DMARC record and monitor its status regularly to prevent future delivery issues.
