How to add a ReachMail signup form to your WordPress site using our plugin. Easy integration, no hassle!
To add a ReachMail Sign-Up form to your WordPress-powered website, you'll begin by creating a form in your ReachMail account.

Create the Form in ReachMail
- Log in to your ReachMail account and navigate to Tools > Form Wizard & Confirmation Email.
- Click Add Form to begin the creation process.
- Select the List you want the form to populate, assign a Form Name, and choose an Opt-In Type:

Confirmed Opt-In: Sends a confirmation email to the submitter, who must approve.

Unconfirmed Opt-In: Directly adds the submitter to the list.

Access the Form Contents
- After creating the form, you’ll be brought to the Form Contents page.
- Locate the WordPress section, which provides the Form ID for use with the plugin.

Download the WordPress Plugin
- Download the ReachMail plugin from the Form Contents page or from the WordPress directory: ReachMail Subscription Forms.
- The plugin downloads as a
.zip file, which you can upload to your WordPress site via the Plugins section.

Generate an API Token
- Go to Accounts > Tokens in your ReachMail account and click Generate.
- Copy the token to a safe place, as you’ll need it for the plugin setup.

Install and Activate the Plugin in WordPress
- Upload and activate the plugin via the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Navigate to Appearance > Widgets and drag the ReachMail Subscription Form widget to your desired sidebar.

Configure the Plugin
- Enter the API Token you generated earlier.
- Input the Form ID you want to display on your site.
- Add a Title for the form, then click Save.
