Paid ReachMail marketing plans may incur overage charges if your mailing volume exceeds the limits of your plan.
| Plan | Monthly Cost | Volume Limit | Contact Limit | Overage Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic 10k | $67 | 80,000 messages | 10,000 contacts | $2 per 1,000 messages |
Scenario:
If you send 82,000 messages, you exceed the plan by 2,000 messages.
Overage: 2,000 ÷ 1,000 × $2 = $4.
This $4 fee will be added to the next billing cycle invoice, along with the standard $67 for your plan. So your total invoice will be $71.
Accounts deactivated before the end of a billing cycle will be invoiced for any overages incurred before deactivation.
Free plans cannot incur overages.
Attempts to send over the volume limit will be blocked.
If your overage would exceed the cost of the next plan, you may be required to upgrade instead of paying overages.
Example: If the next plan is Basic 20k, volume limit 60,000:
Trying to send 62,000 messages will not be permitted until the plan is upgraded or a new billing cycle begins.
ReachMail may require you to upgrade your plan to continue sending if your overage charges would otherwise exceed the next plan’s cost.
