Paid ReachMail marketing plans can incur overage charges if the mailing volume has exceeded the allotted maximum for your plan.
Let's take the Basic 10k plan as an example:
$19 month
Volume: 30,000
Contact Size: 10,000
Overage Rate: $.63/1000
If you send 32,000 messages during a billing cycle, you will be assessed overages on 2,000 messages at $.63/1000 = $1.26.
The $1.26 overage fee will be assessed on the invoice for the following billing cycle, along with your $19 for the new billing cycle.
Accounts that are deactivated (for any reason) before the completion of a billing cycle will be invoiced for any overages before account deactivation.
*Free plans cannot incur overages and will be prevented from sending any mail that would put the account over the volume limit.
**If your overages reach the next pricing plan before the new billing cycle, we will ask you to upgrade to the next plan instead of charging overages at a high cost. Using the example above, the next plan (Basic 20k) volume limit is 60,000. So, if you try to send 62,000 for the billing cycle, we will not permit the send until the plan is upgraded or a new billing cycle begins.
Overage charges will be added as line items on the following month's invoice. Below is a list of overage fees for each account:
Basic 5k - $.75/1000 | Pro 5k - $1/1000 |
Basick 10k - $.63/1000 | Pro 10k - $.94/1000 |
Basic 20k - $.58/1000 | Pro 20k - $.89/1000 |
Basic 50k - $.56/1000 | Pro 50k - $.84/1000 |
Basic 100k - $.52/1000 | Pro 100k - $.79/1000 |
Pro Unlimited - $.75/1000 |
The free plan cannot incur overage charges

**ReachMail may require you to upgrade your account to continue sending if your current volume's overage charge would result in an invoice amount greater than the price of the next higher plan.
