Auto Messages are campaigns triggered automatically by a specific event — such as a recipient joining a list. Common use cases include welcome emails, drip campaigns, and abandoned cart reminders.
| Immediate | Sent shortly after a recipient is added to a list. The trigger is pre-set and cannot be modified. |
| Scheduled | Sent once per day at a specified time. The trigger defaults to 1 day at the current time and can be adjusted. |
1. Navigate to Auto Messages
Go to the Tools tab and select Auto Messages.
2. Create a new Auto Message
Click the New Auto Message button and select either Immediate or Scheduled.
3. Select your message
Choose the message you want to send at the specified time.
4. Configure the schedule
On the schedule page, set the required options: the List you're sending to and the Trigger. Adjust the trigger timing if using a Scheduled auto message.
5. Save
Click Save when all options are configured.
