You can quickly create a mailing in ReachMail by uploading an HTML or ZIP file directly from your device. We’ll automatically convert the text and images from your file into a format you can easily use in ReachMail.
To access this feature:
Go to the Mailings tab.
Click on New and select Create New Mailing.
When uploading a file to create a new mailing in ReachMail, you can choose from several supported formats, including .html, .htm, .shtml, and .zip. Click Choose File to browse and select a file from your device, or simply drag and drop your file directly into the upload window for convenience.
For advanced users, additional options include selecting HTML (recommended by default) or Multi-Part (Text/HTML) for broader compatibility. You can also enable the Markup Editor for the mailing, a tool for those with HTML expertise that allows direct, code-level text edits without altering the original structure.
Uploading a .zip file? Your ZIP should contain a single HTML file as the main content. Any images referenced in the HTML and included in the ZIP will automatically be uploaded to your image library. ReachMail will also update the HTML paths to reflect their new location, ensuring everything displays correctly in your mailing.
After selecting your file and settings, click the Submit button to finalize uploading your file.
