What is a Campaign Template?

Campaign Templates help you easily send emails to the same group of contacts. A campaign audience can include lists, suppression lists, list segments, delivery times, and campaign profiles. These templates save your setup, so you don’t have to configure everything from scratch each time. They are flexible and can be customized to fit your needs.

Ways to Use Campaign Templates

  • Save a Campaign Template to quickly send follow-up emails to the same audience.

  • Set up your list segments and save the template to keep targeting consistent.

How to Create a Campaign Template

  • Start by completing the Schedule & Send process with the settings you want to reuse.

  • Select your lists, delivery time, and any other relevant details
  • Click Save Configuration Template to save these settings for future campaigns

Using a Saved Campaign Template

You can apply a saved template directly from the Schedule & Send page to streamline your campaign setup.

  • Click Campaign Templates
  • Select the template you want from the list of available options
  • After applying, you can either adjust delivery settings or send as is
  • The template retains all settings, allowing you to reuse it for future campaigns

 

Viewing or Deleting a Campaign Template

To manage your saved campaign templates, you can view or delete them from the Mailings tab.

  • Go to MailingsCampaign Templates
  • In the Action column:
    • Click the magnifying glass icon to view template details
    • Click the trash icon to delete the template
