Campaign Templates help you easily send emails to the same group of contacts. A campaign audience can include lists, suppression lists, list segments, delivery times, and campaign profiles. These templates save your setup, so you don’t have to configure everything from scratch each time. They are flexible and can be customized to fit your needs.
Save a Campaign Template to quickly send follow-up emails to the same audience.
Set up your list segments and save the template to keep targeting consistent.
Start by going through the Schedule & Send process. Choose the lists, settings, and delivery time, and any other details that you want to use as a template. Then click the Save Configuration Template button.
You can apply a saved template from the Schedule & Send page by selecting Campaign Templates, then choosing the one you want from the list of available options.
Once the template is applied, you can make changes to the delivery settings or send it as is. The template keeps everything stored, so you can use it again for future campaigns.
To view or delete a saved campaign template, go to the Mailings tab and select Campaign Templates. In the Action column, click the magnifying glass icon to see the template details or the trash icon to delete.
