Mailings :: Calendar

Access the Calendar view via the Mailings tab to manage, edit, send and track your campaigns easily.

The Calendar view provides a visual overview of all your campaigns, including delivered, active, and scheduled mailings. 

• Go to the Mailings tab
• Select Calendar
• By default, campaigns are shown in a list view for the current month
• For delivered campaigns, click the graph icon to view detailed reports
• For scheduled campaigns:
  • Click the pencil icon to edit
  • Click the circle-backslash icon to terminate the campaign

Clicking View as Calendar gives you a different layout that helps you see the current day and when campaigns are scheduled throughout the month. This view is useful for understanding how often campaigns are delivered and maintaining a consistent pattern for your mailstream.

• Delivered campaigns – purple
• Currently sending campaigns – orange
• Upcoming campaigns – green

The left and right arrow icons on the upper right hand corner allow you to get backwards and forwards between months. You can also use the Schedule New option to schedule a new Mailing from the same page.
