Why It’s Bad
- Harms the overall health of your email list
- Major providers like AOL, Gmail, MSN, and Yahoo track engagement
- Low engagement can:
- Damage your sending reputation
- Increase chances of emails going to spam/junk

Steps:
- Go to your list and select Export List from the action menu
- Expand Advanced Options
- Check “Export … NOT engaged …”
- Set your desired date range
- Click Export
