Account Management :: User Settings


The User Settings page allows you to manage your profile information, mailing editor preferences, optional user settings, and account features within ReachMail.

To access these settings, navigate to your User Settings page from your account menu.


Profile Information

These settings control your basic user profile details.

Setting Description
Username Your unique account login name.
Name The display name associated with your account.
Email The email address used for account notifications and reports.
Time zone Sets the time zone used for campaign scheduling and reporting timestamps.

 

Mailing Editor Settings

These options control behavior within the email editor.

Setting Description
Enable Auto-Save Automatically saves changes while editing a mailing. Available in the Advanced HTML editor only.
Enable Markup Editor Allows direct editing of HTML markup for full control over email content.

Optional User Settings

These optional settings control what information appears on your dashboard.

Setting Description
Enable Dashboard Recommendations Displays recommended actions and tips based on account activity.
Enable Performance Summary Shows a 7-day or 30-day campaign performance summary if campaigns have been sent recently.
Enable Getting Started Guide Displays onboarding videos and tutorials on the dashboard.
Automated Email Report* Sends a campaign performance report via email 12 hours after a campaign is sent.

Admin Users Only: Some dashboard features may only be available to account administrators.

Enable AI Features

Allows use of ReachMail’s AI-powered content analysis tools.

Enabling this feature indicates agreement with the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

Available for Pro-level accounts only.

Analytics Settings

Sets the default analytics tracking vendor for newly created mailings.

Your Options are None, Google Analytics, Matomo, Open Web Analytics, or Oribi. 

This setting can still be changed or removed when editing a specific mailing.

Enable Features

These options provide access to features that are still being tested.

Feature Description
Enable Early Access Features Access new features before they are released to all users.
Enable DMARC Summary Email Sends a weekly email summary of DMARC results every Monday.
Alternate Scheduling UI Enables a newer campaign scheduling interface designed for improved performance.
Exclude Suspected Bot Clicks* Filters potential automated or bot-generated clicks from reporting metrics.

*Early Access Feature

Account Features

These settings enable or disable optional platform features.

Feature Description
Social Media Content Enable or disable the Social Media feature if it is not currently needed.
Legacy Survey Tool Enable or disable the legacy survey functionality.
Recent Campaigns RSS Feed Publish an RSS feed listing recently sent campaigns.

Admin Users Only: Some account features can only be enabled or disabled by administrators.
Paid Accounts Only: The RSS feed feature is available only for paid accounts.

💡 Tip: If you manage multiple users within your ReachMail account, administrators can adjust these settings to customize the platform experience for different roles.
