The User Settings page allows you to manage your profile information, mailing editor preferences, optional user settings, and account features within ReachMail.
To access these settings, navigate to your User Settings page from your account menu.
These settings control your basic user profile details.

These options control behavior within the email editor.

These optional settings control what information appears on your dashboard.

Admin Users Only: Some dashboard features may only be available to account administrators.
Allows use of ReachMail’s AI-powered content analysis tools.
Enabling this feature indicates agreement with the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
Available for Pro-level accounts only.
Sets the default analytics tracking vendor for newly created mailings.
Your Options are None, Google Analytics, Matomo, Open Web Analytics, or Oribi.
This setting can still be changed or removed when editing a specific mailing.
These options provide access to features that are still being tested.

Admin Users Only: Some account features can only be enabled or disabled by administrators.
Paid Accounts Only: The RSS feed feature is available only for paid accounts.
💡 Tip: If you manage multiple users within your ReachMail account, administrators can adjust these settings to customize the platform experience for different roles.
