Account Management :: Changing your password


Changing your ReachMail password can be done directly from your account dashboard. 

  1. Log in to ReachMail
  2. In the Account Overview section, there is an EDIT button.  
  3. Click the EDIT button and you will be shown the settings for your currently logged in user.
  4. Enter a new password in the Password field 
  5. Confirm it in the Retype Password field. 
  6. Click Save and your password will be updated. 

Note that your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character, a number, and a special character (e.g. ?, !, *, etc.).
