Entri streamlines custom domain management in ReachMail, automating SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup for secure and reliable email delivery.
Entri is an API platform that simplifies the integration and management of custom domains for applications. With Entri, ReachMail can easily connect, secure, and manage custom domains, streamlining SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations.
Domain authentication helps improve email deliverability and protects your domain reputation by confirming that ReachMail is authorized to send email on your behalf.
ReachMail offers domain authentication through Entri, which can automatically add the required DNS records for you.
Before You Begin
To authenticate your domain with Entri, you will need:
- Access to your ReachMail account
- Access to the domain you want to authenticate
- Login credentials for your DNS provider or domain host
Examples of common DNS providers include GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Squarespace, Wix, Bluehost, and Namecheap.
How to Authenticate Your Domain
- Log in to your ReachMail account
- Navigate to Account > Campaign Settings > Domain Authentication
- Enter the domain to authenticate and select + Add Domain
- Select Publish with Entri
- Select your DNS provider from the list
- Log in to your DNS provider account when prompted
- Review the DNS records that Entri will add
- Approve the changes
Entri will automatically add the required authentication records to your domain.
After Authentication
Once the records have been added:
- Return to ReachMail Domain Management
- Allow time for DNS propagation
- Most domains verify within a few minutes, but some providers may take up to 24 hours
- Refresh the page or use the Verify option if available
When the domain is fully authenticated, you should see a verified or active status.
Troubleshooting
If your domain does not verify:
- Confirm you selected the correct DNS provider
- Verify you logged into the correct DNS account
- Check whether another SPF record already exists on the domain
- Make sure your DNS provider did not block or overwrite the changes
- Allow additional time for DNS propagation
If you continue to have issues, contact ReachMail support with:
- The domain name
- Your DNS provider
- A screenshot of the current DNS records if possible
This will help our team review the issue more quickly.
