Entri is an API platform that simplifies the integration and management of custom domains for applications. With Entri, ReachMail can easily connect, secure, and manage custom domains, streamlining SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations.
To authenticate your domain with Entri, start by navigating to the Accounts tab in ReachMail. Select Campaign Settings and choose Domain Authentication. If no domain has been registered, you will need to add one. Once your domain is available, click the pencil icon next to it and select the "Publish With Entri" option to begin the process.
A window will appear asking for your permission for Entri to interact with your ReachMail account. You will also need to agree to Entri’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Click the Continue button to proceed.
Entri will analyze your domain and attempt to detect your domain provider automatically. If your provider is detected, you will be prompted to log into your domain provider’s account. If the provider is not automatically detected, you can select it from the available list.
On the login page, you also have the option to change the provider or forward the login process to another user if needed.
After logging into your domain provider account through Entri, the configuration process may take several minutes to complete. Once it is finished, you will see a confirmation message indicating that your domain has been configured.
By following these steps, you can efficiently set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for your custom domain in ReachMail using Entri. Changes typically take less than a few hours, however, it can take up to 48 hours for these records to propagate across the internet.
