Dynamic Content makes your emails more individual to your audience by showing only content that is relevant to them. Show them what they need, and ONLY what they need and your recipients will be more likely to respond.
The most basic form of dynamic content is personalization. Similar to Mail Merge in legacy office applications, Personalization allows you to use any field in your contact database to be filled into the content sent to a given recipient. It could be as simple as the recipient's name, or more complex like customer id, unique coupon codes, sales rep names, and so on. Our fallback feature ensures your message looks professional even with incomplete data.
To truly leverage the power of
Dynamic Content use ReachMail's tools to compose portions of content (text and/or
images) that are shown to only specific recipients. For example, if you have a portion
of the message relevant only to customers in the Midwest, you can define the content to
only be shown if the recipient is listed as residing in 'IL', 'IN', 'MI',
or 'WI'
